Be patient. Keep your breathing steady and your eyes closed and focused
Now, whenever I breathed in, the pain flourished, and when I breathed out, it left. And I breathed in: it came back. Give yourself a few minutes. When your body calms and relaxes, you'll notice that you get colder. Maybe a blanket.
