Heal

I had this pain in my hand, this throbbing, sharp pain. So I decided to do my second self-healing.
  1. Lie flat on your back with your arms and legs apart: not touching
  2. Focus and concentrate on the source of the pain: be very aware
  3. Be patient. Keep your breathing steady and your eyes closed and focused
Now, whenever I breathed in, the pain flourished, and when I breathed out, it left. And I breathed in: it came back. Give yourself a few minutes. When your body calms and relaxes, you'll notice that you get colder. Maybe a blanket.

It sounds very calming, I will have to try it next time I have a headache. Thanks Kirthi!
