Woe be Me: I am weak

Now, to talk about personal stuff even more! I just came back from the doctor. I have a hypothyroid. In the last three weeks, it rocketed up. I also have a minor Vitamin D problem which is causing my bones to be very weak. So that's why it HURTS A LOT when you poke me in the arm at school, so DON'T DO IT! I have a valid reason.

Of course, this medical problem requires me to see a specialist before I take thyroid pills EVERY DAY OF MY FREAKIN' LIFE!!!!!!!!!! I felt like crying. I. Have. To. Take. Pills. Forever.
I mean, what the crappp!!! ~sob~ I hate this! Why me? (don't answer that ^_^) Thank goodness, though, that the weight problems haven't started ~phew~

Ah, I'm also, with my yoga lessons I take at my temple every Saturday, I am now doing telf-taught tai chi. So lets recap the last few days of my life:

Pros:
  • I got an exact replacement I-pod for my 5th generation silver nano
  • We're playing a medley of songs from one of my favourite movies: Pirates of the Caribbean
  • My mom came back from India with a big box of Cadbury milk chocolates
  • She also bought me jewelry and this gorgeous Rakshi (birth sign) necklace made of pure silver
  • My mom is back
  • It's Friday
  • .....OH! And I'm doing tai-chi
Cons:
  • I have a thyriod problem
  • I have a Vitamin D problem
  • I'm going to have to take a lot of pills
  • My bones might become severly brittle if i don't get help soon
  • i'm also going to be very tired and weak
  • this is a life-long problem
  • i lost a best friend
You see, that this week has been both very good and very very very bad. I haven't a clue how to feel. I'm so depressed!

And now, i'm very happy I started this blog. You guys ^_^

Oh Kirthi, I am so sorry :( That is just awful, I can't imagine what it will be like to take so many pills, and at such a young age. That is absolutely awful, but I am glad you are getting treated and that this hopefully will not be a life-threatening thing. Also, try and think of the good stuff when life sucks and you feel depressed. I love Pirates of the Caribbean (I really wanted to play that last year), and you love it, that I know...so every chance you get, lose yourself in the music. I promise you it will help :) Chocolate and family help as well :) Glad you got your I-pod back! And just hang in there...promise this is just the rough patch of the road. Things will smooth out, and you will have something to truly be happy about :)

I'm so sorry to hear that, Kirthi. I hope things look up soon for you--it sounds like you've been going through an ordeal.

Kirthi,

I love Cadbury Chocolates! There are some at World Market. They are so delicous and I always clean them out really fast. YUM....

Awww. It's okay to take pills for the rest of your life, Kirthi. Some people have to do that. It is just a fact of life. But, don't let it get in the way of your life. (I have to take pills for the rest of my life, too...)

Eat healthy, Kirthi!
If you ever feel super sad, music is one of the best ways to let out all of your emotions. xD
